Dal Siat was born in the winter of 1990.

It was created by nine partners and from the very beginning attracted foreign
participation, which placed it among the large private companies at the time (equity
on the balance sheet for 1991 amounted to over 76,000 USD).

The company's accounting firm was established in 1995. Continuing the traditions and
following its principles, Dal Siat maintained its position and its sign as a sign of
quality service.
